Refunds

• If a project is cancelled before 50% completion, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the number of words already translated.
• If more than 50% of the project is completed, the full fee is payable.

• Confirming any specific requirements before we begin
• Reviewing the final translation promptly and notifying us of any issues

Confidentiality

We treat all documents and personal data as confidential. We do not disclose content to third parties except:

Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the original documents you provide.

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the translated content for your intended purpose. We retain no rights over your documents or translations.

Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project
